Warranty scope and duration
The warranty policy for all products applies to all brand new products purchased through legitimate channels, aiming to ensure that users can receive timely repair or replacement services in case of quality problems caused by non-human factors.
Standard warranty period
Different types of inkjet printer products enjoy different standard warranty periods:

Warranty service content
The warranty service content is within the warranty period. If your printer has quality problems caused by non-human factors, we will provide one of the following services according to the specific situation:
- Free repair:Free repair or replacement of original spare parts for faulty components
- Product replacement:If the product cannot be repaired or the repair cost is too high, we will replace it with a product of the same model or equivalent value for you
- Technical Support:Provide video or online technical support to assist in resolving issues during use
Extended warranty service
We offer extended warranty services, and you can purchase an extended warranty plan at the time of product purchase or within the standard warranty period to extend the warranty period by 1-3 years. The extended warranty service includes all the contents of the standard warranty and provides additional services:
- Priority maintenance service
- Free doorstep pickup and delivery service (limited to specific products)
- Preventive maintenance inspection
Situations outside the warranty scope
The following situations are not covered by the warranty, and we will provide paid repair services:
- Products that have exceeded the warranty period
- Malfunctions or damages caused by improper installation, use, maintenance, or storage according to the product manual
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters such as lightning, fires, floods, etc
- Malfunctions caused by non original accessories or consumables (such as ink cartridges, paper, etc.)
- Unauthorized personnel dismantle, repair or modify products without authorization
- The product serial number has been altered, removed, or cannot be recognized
- Damage caused by the use of non-standard voltage, current, or power failure
- Normal wear and tear of consumables (ink cartridges, print heads, etc.)
- Appearance damage (such as scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect product functionality
Warranty service process
When your product requires warranty service, please follow the following process:
- Preparation information:Prepare product model, serial number, purchase voucher, and fault description
- Contact customer service:Submit a warranty claim through the customer service hotline or official website
- Diagnosis confirmation:Our technicians will assist you in making a preliminary diagnosis
- Service arrangement:Based on the diagnosis results, arrange repairs, replacements, or on-site services
- Product repair:If you need to send the product for repair, please follow customer service instructions to send it to the designated service center
- Service completion:After the repair is completed, we will notify you to retrieve or send the product to you
Important reminder: When sending for repair, please make sure to back up all data stored in the product and remove all personal belongings. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
Common warranty issues
Even if your product has exceeded the warranty period, we still provide paid repair services. You can contact customer service for specific repair costs and procedures. For older models of products, if we are unable to provide repair parts, we will offer you a discounted upgrade and replacement plan.
Using non original ink cartridges may cause printer malfunctions. If the malfunction is determined to be caused by non original ink cartridges, the related damage will not be covered by the warranty. To ensure the performance and warranty rights of your product, we recommend using factory certified consumables.
If you lose the purchase invoice, we can extend the warranty starting date by a certain period of time (usually 3 months) based on the production date of the product. If you can provide other purchase vouchers (such as electronic orders, payment records, etc.), they can also be used as warranty basis.
The overall warranty period of the product will not be extended due to repairs and will still be calculated based on the original purchase date. But for the main components replaced during the warranty period, we provide a 90 day warranty period from the date of replacement or until the end of the original product warranty period, whichever is longer.
Our product warranty service is usually limited to the region where the purchase is made. If the product you purchased elsewhere requires repair, additional service fees may apply. We suggest that you contact the purchasing agent customer service for specific warranty policies.
